If you have found your way to this website then you are now magically connected to the Chicago based labels Plustapes and Addenda.  Formed in 2008, the cassette-only label Plustapes was launched as a home for emerging sounds from the city.  As the label and the bands around it matured, the scope broadened as did the locales of the bands.  Plustapes' sister label Addenda was launched in 2009 as a home for vinyl releases including debut releases by Ryley Walker, Hollows, and Summer Girlfriends.
